Processing time 2-3 days + Shipping 5-8 days

Please allow 14 days to receive your order. If you have not received your order by then you can fill out a claims form here

Shipping fees are non-refundable. We also do not reimburse expedited shipping fees when packages do not arrive on time to you. We do our part to ship packages with the correct label and we do not have control over packages once they leave the warehouse.
